How to Make a Live Edge Bench | Natural Edge Bench | Woodworking Project

9 Views · Published on Wed, 12 June 2019 · Woodworking Projects

In this woodworking project I am using a natural edge (some call it a live edge) Maple Board as the seat for a live edge bench, and combining some Mahogany for skirting and footings to add some contrasting woods to the project. This live edge wood bench makes for a great DIY furniture for just about any level of woodworker.

One of the joys of woodworking is making things for other people, that you know is going to delight them and get well used. Such is the case with this doll's cradle for a lucky young girl, who will receive it along with a doll and a matching hand made quilt. I'm sure it will bring years of use and play-time.
